Focus Points
Culture Dynamics:
We consult and train workers to appreciate the dynamics of living and serving in Asia.
One specific tool is exploring the family house that we lived in at about age ten. The family house tool helps teams build camaraderie as they discover values and expectations learned in their growing years.
Our trainings have now been accessed by individuals from over twenty countries.
Member Care:
We encourage and train workers so that can thrive in a cross-cultural context.
We want both our individual members and our teams to anticipate and adapt to life challenges - developing spiritual and relational disciplines to build endurance and flexibility;
And we also work with our teams to have resources available when and if there is an emergency or a crisis. Each worker is precious to God in the hard times as well as the good times.
Our Passion:
We focus on those who have little to no access to the Hope of Jesus Christ, where the Church is not yet visible.
One resource that we recommend is a Forty Days of Prayer. This guide provides both reflections and prayer prompts to focus prayer on behalf of one specific community who still do not have the complete Bible in their own language. Email us for a copy.
Next Generation:
We are committed to working for long term impact that will continue into the next generation. Our calendar includes several training events each year - both in member care and in culture and strategy.
Please contact us directly for an up-to-date list of opportunities.
Most of these opportunities invite participants from multiple countries at the same time - enhancing the cross-cultural impact right from the start.
